I kid you not.  This has got to be the best day ever.  National Pie Day is in full swing and I want you to indulge yourself with  a little  piece of heaven.

If you are watching your diet or you want celebrate without having to buy  a whole pie, Marie Callender’s Mini Pies will fit you perfect!  These little, actually they’re super cute, pies are individual pies that are the perfect size for any snack or even to just sweeten the tooth. Marie Callender’s Coconut Cream Pie!

This pie is made with real shredded coconut, cream and whole milk.  Each package comes with 2 individual pies and are ready to eat if you set them out to thaw or just 15 seconds in the microwave.  Amigas, these 2 pies lasted about 3 hours in my freezer. Once the kids saw the pies this happened:

Nothing delicious ever lasts in this house!  Oh, but I am smart.  The kids have a bad habit (which I’ve been meaning to break) of leaving the dinner table to go play in their room.  I used this time to literally inhale one of the pies. All by myself. It was so good. Heavenly.  The shredded coconut on top was great. The creaminess of the pie, amazing. It hit just the right spots.
