Secret of the Wings on DVD and Blu-ray October 23, 2012!

The Disney fairies are at it again.  Tinker Bell and her friends have been a huge hit in my home for about 2 years now.   My daughter has been Tinker Bell for Halloween for 3 years and to say that she is obsessed with Tinker Bell and her amigas, is an understatement.  With Secret of the Wings being released next week on DVD and Blu-ray, her obsession has just picked up momentum.

Check out the trailer and synopsis.

For Tinker Bell and the other warm season fairies, the Winter Woods remains a mysterious and forbidden place.  “Secret of the Wings” takes audiences on an amazing journey of discovery with Tink, into this forbidden world where she discovers a magical secret that changes her life forever.

Oh Tinker Bell… what a surprise in this movie.  She discovers that she has a sister!  Periwinkle makes her debut in the movie. Fawn, Iridessa, Rosetta, Silvermist and Vidia all join in on the fun as they discover that its better to leave the seasons, just as they are.  If your daughter, granddaughter or niece are into these loveable Disney Fairies, this is the perfect movie for them.  Or you can just invite my daughter over and she’ll act out the entire movie for you! (:

The voice cast boasts a variety of amazing talent including Anjelica Huston, Timothy Dalton, Lucy Liu, Raven-Symoné, Megan Hilty, Pamela Adlon, Matt Lanter, Debby Ryan and Mae Whitman and Introducing the sparkling new winter fairy, PERIWINKLE voiced by Lucy Hale.

Secret of the Wings comes to DVD and Blu-ray Combo Packs, DVD and Digital on October 23, 2012! Plus, this is the first time Tinker Bell will fly on Disney Blu-ray 3D. Yay!
