Neutrogena Shine Control for oily skin and more! {Giveaway}

I am not a huge makeup buff.  I have shared this with you before. So, when I do find the right makeup that suites my needs, I stick with it.  In June, I went out of town and I forgot my makeup bag.  To say that I was devastated is to say the least.  I went to a CVS/pharmacy to buy some makeup but sadly, they didn t have my shade of foundation.
