Celebrating me with Neutrogena! #bestofme

When I walk through the makeup aisle of any store (drug store or boutique), I feel like a kid in a candy store. I love makeup. I can look and skim through all the different shades of any makeup for hours. Surprised? I kind of am. I have 2 bags full of makeup that I have bought and some of it has been given to me. Much of it, sits unopened. The most I put on is eyeliner and gloss. Those of you who have met me know something about me. If you have seen photos of me you may guess what I am about to say… I rarely wear makeup.

I have been told that I need to wear it more often. I’ve had makeup done by a professional and have literally had my breath taken away at how amazing my face looks. I don’t mean this in a boastful kind of way- at all! It’s just that since I almost always go “all natural” it stuns me and what magical hands ( and a little makeup) can do to my face, self esteem and most of all, my mood! In the summer time I hardly touch the makeup bag due to sweating. My face sweats too much for me to have concealer, powder and much less, foundation.

I am most comfortable without makeup. There I said it. Do you still love me?

I know there are occasions in which it’s called for. At certain blogging events, I will do my best for pictures and stuff. Other than that… I am free as a pajarito without the mascara running or faded lipstick.

This is one of my main reasons I stick with Neutrogena. I am a faithful moisturizer user. I will not go one night without applying Neutrogena moisturizer to help control sun damage. Much to my dismay, I forgot my moisturizer when I went to Mexico last week. I was devastated. I did take this picture prior to my ugly “sunglasses” sunburn on my face.
