Eyelash Extensions in the OC!

LashSpot Spas in Costa Mesa has recently opened it’s doors to help beautify lashes, here in Orange County.

I was invited to their VIP opening night with anticipation that it was going to be super fun.  I’ve never EVER ever tired something like this before.  I knew I was going to be way out of my comfort zone.  But, there’s always a first, right?

LashSpot Spas is your go-to beauty spa that not only caters to your lashes but also brow shaping and waxing.  They offer an affordable membership that gives exclusive discounts at a very reasonable price.

The salon is hip and very chic.  The gals that work there a very professional and are licensed estheticians.  When my time came to get my lashes done, my level of excitement was through the roof.

I was taken to a private room was talked through the process. All was simple and very comfortable.  Some padding was applied to the bottom lashes (so they don’t interfere with the process).  She then cleaned my lashes with a special lash cleanser.

I don’t remember how long the process took.  Why?  I think I fell asleep.  I kid you not.  It was SO relaxing. She had soft music playing and the whole time you have your eyes closed!  She applied 15 lashes to each eye.

Heck, how could you not “lash” your way to a little nap!

When she was done, she cleaned me up and gave me the mirror.  I was amazed at the difference.  What was offered to us was a Mini of an Mini.  Normally a regular mini is 30 lashes. Still, there is a huge difference.

I am going to go ahead and say that I am hooked.  I love how they look and feel. There is absolutely no discomfort.  It does take a little getting used.  For example, I can see the lashes. And by FAR they are no where near as fake as typical line lashes you buy at the store.
