National Noodle Day!
Today is National Noodle Day. And I simply can not pass up the opportunity to help celebrate. Noddles come in all forms and cuisines. Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter to me. I love noodles!

Now, there is no way that I am being biased here. Well.. maybe a little. My favorite type of pasta is Asian noodles. Although I am picky when it comes to certain Asian food, there is always room for noodles. Whether it be egg or rice, flat or thick, ramen or soba. Noodles are GOOD!

To help celebrate National Noodle Day, P.F. Chang’s Home Menu is introducing four new frozen noodle entrées:
- Garlic Chicken with Dan Dan Noodles – White meat chicken with a savory garlic sauce, bell peppers, bok choy and yakisoba noodles
- Pepper Steak with Chow Fun Noodles – Steak with a sweet and peppery sauce, bell peppers, onions and chow fun noodles
- Grilled Chicken Teriyaki with Lo Mein Noodles – Grilled chicken with a teriyaki sauce, pineapple, red bell peppers, onions and lo mein noodles
- Firecracker Shrimp with Yakisoba Noodles – Lightly battered shrimp with spicy sauce, carrots, edamame, onions and yakisoba noodles
I got the chance to try out 2 of the 4 Home Menu Noodles. Pepper Steak with Chow Fun Noodles and the Garlic Chicken
with Dan Dan Noodles. The Garlic Chicken was pretty good. A tiny bit more on the garlic-y side for my taste but other than that, it was tasty. The Pepper Steak was by far the best out of the two. A little spicy and sweet and most of all… the flat Chow Fun noddles were Oh So Yummy!
You can find all 4 Home Meals at your local grocery market. Also, starting today P.F. Chang’s is hosting a Noodle Day sweepstakes. You can enter to win a Las Vegas trip for 2. To enter and/or for more info, check out their facebook page here!
What are your favorite noodles?

This is not a paid post. All thoughts and opinions are my own. I was given 2 free samples of the new products to facilitate this review and a serving kit.
