Blogging by the beach
This post was written on Sunday, in South Beach, Miami, while attending Blogalicious10.
I’m sitting here at the beach. There are people all around me. Bikinis, bathing suites, and sand castle building kids.
I’m here blogging. lol… I know right! That’s dedication.(:
Occasionally, I look up at the waves. I’m try to concentrate on this post while listening to the sound of the waves. I’m totally living in the moment. But I’m missing my little familia. A LOT!
Blogalicious just finished, and now that my mind isn’t occupied by anything… I’m getting really home sick. By this time mañana, I will be home. Trust me… It can not come any sooner.
This is one of the down falls of traveling alone. I love it.. I really do. I love that companies believe in me so much, that they bless me with these sponsored trips. But, boy do they come at a price. I know that time away from the buisiness of everyday life is good for me. I know it, my mind knows it. But my corazon doesn’t quiet get it, yet. This is the longest, I’ve been away from them. I wished companies would understand that when they do take bloggers (that are moms) on these fantastic trips, they are taking us away from the familiy. An occasional “family” trip would be nice, que no? <~~~Now, this is solely my opinion.
I love traveling. The Lord has blessed me with 4 trips this year alone! God is Good! All of the trips were wonderful, peaceful, and oooooh so needed. I think I just need to learn how to be alone, ya know? I am hardly alone here at home, that when I AM alone, I don’t know what to do with myself! lol
Local bloggers are here with their families, and I looooove seeing their nenes. This is the time when I wished I had mine.
Any ways… I think I’m just home sick now, and this post has turned into a mommy rambling
If the good lord continues to bless me with more trips, I pray that some will include my hubby and the mexipinitos…
My trip to Blogalicious was sponsored by quericavida.com.

Let’s hope next time you will get a family trip!
But glad you got to attend the conference. I have to start working on sponsorships but I was first I was putting some finishing touches on the blog.
Can’t wait to read about your blogalicious experience!
Gracias chicas…
This trip (for some reason) was a little harder for me.
Thanks for the comments!
Girl, next time take me with you and I’ll pretend to be your familia. So happy you got to go on this trip. It’s normal to miss your family, but it is soooo good for you to get away at times. It makes you appreciate them more and them appreciate you more.
These mommy posts are my favorite!
